Due to poor registrations and nominations we are extending the date of the Annual Meeting. Please see updated timelines below.

This years Canoe Polo Annual Meeting is set to take place at 7:00pm on Monday 3rd April 2023. We are running a virtual meeting so pre-registration is required.

Anyone wishing to vote must be a current Canoeing Ireland member and over 18. Registration closes 11:00pm on the 2nd April 2023 register here.

The agenda for the meting will be as below:

• Chairpersons report
• Treasurers Report
• Review of 2022
• Review of Motions submitted
• Nomination of incoming Committee

The following committee positions are open:

• Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Child Protection Officer
• 4 Ordinary Members to fill:
• Squad Liaison officer
• Development officer
• Equipment officer
• Referee officer

The closing date for nomination submissions is 11:00pm on 30th March 2023. Nominations will be published prior to the meeting. Submit your nominations here
