The “Munster Polo League” is a winter canoe polo league, held at the University of Limerick Sports Complex.

Although the league is based in Limerick, teams travel from all over Ireland to play, usually playing on five separate Saturday evenings over the winter.

The University of Limerick swimming pool is a full size, 50m Olympic size pool, allowing for full pitch play and 5 aside teams.

This makes it a great winter league to complement the summer activity of players used to the full size, outdoor summer game.
