Welcome Message From The New Committee Chair
To all athletes, volunteers, parents, and clubs,
It is with immense honour and excitement that I step into the role of Chair of the National Canoe Polo Committee. I’m truly looking forward to working alongside you all to nurture and expand our vibrant sports community.
This year holds incredible potential for us to build upon our solid foundation and collectively achieve new milestones across all aspects of our clubs and the sport itself.
Crucially, I want to emphasise that this journey is a partnership. The Committee is eager to collaborate closely with each club to understand your unique needs and aspirations. We are committed to working hand-in-hand with you, offering our full support to help you realise your goals. Whether it’s providing resources, offering guidance, or simply being a supportive sounding board, please know that we are here to assist.
Over the coming weeks, I will be proactively reaching out to each club to initiate meaningful discussions on how we can forge a strong, collaborative environment that fosters success and camaraderie across all our clubs. We believe that by working together, we can achieve far more than we can individually.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance. We are always available and genuinely look forward to hearing from you.
I’m also delighted to introduce and acknowledge the dedicated team who will be working in partnership with you, to ensure the continued success and growth of our polo community:
- Keith Nolan – Chairman/Competitions Officer
- Paul McCoy – Secretary
- LJ Simpson – Treasurer/Referee Officer
- Sean Ledwith – Child Protection/Squad Liaison
- Ivan MacDonald – Development Officer
Together, we will continue to drive our sports community forward.
Warm regards,
Keith Nolan
